Payment Terms 

Full payment is required upon completion of the work. A 25% deposit may be required before work begins. Please note that the digital versions of your photos will remain locked and inaccessible until full payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, we will promptly unlock and deliver the digital files for your use. This ensures that both parties fulfill their obligations, and you receive the highest quality service. 

Service Availability 

While we strive to provide consistent service, there may be occasional interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays to affected customers.

Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and ensuring that all materials submitted are legally compliant. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unclear instructions or improper materials.

Order Modifications 

Once an order is placed and processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

Liability Limitation 

Photobox.nz is not responsible for any loss or damage to original photos during transit or processing, although every effort is made to handle materials with care.
